Facilitation of guests making the sustainable decision to save waste of water and energy to heat the water as well as reducing the chemical footprint which comes from reusing towels left hanging and changing those left in the shower.

Use of soap and shampoo dispensers saves on the waste disposal of millions and millions of single use plastic amenity bottles every year.

Rooms are newly built to a very high insulation standard and are heated by individual controlled electric room heaters.
