How it Works

Booking 

Book online through our website, you will be sent a confirmation letter automatically with all the details you need.

Payment

3 Days Prior to your stay at our hotel, full payment for your room will be taken.

Check In

Check in is from 4pm – 11.30pm, there is no access to check in after 11.30pm. You check in at Crown Bar located on Monck Street and just off the Wexford Quay, where you receive a physical key for your room. Our helpful team at Crown Bar will of course be delighted to help in any way they can during opening hours.

Security Deposit

As we are located over a late-night weekend venue and to protect the environment for everyone to enjoy a wonderful visit, all weekend bookings of 5 rooms or more will require a €100 security deposit per room to be paid 48 hours in advance. We will send you a secure payment link 48 hours prior to your arrival to process this payment. The security deposit will be refunded to you promptly on departure subject to an inspection of your bedroom. Please note that the refund may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.

Car Park

Quay Side Carpark is located directly beside Crown Bar opposite Wexford Bridge with a minimum fee of €5 per night payable on arrival. Parking in Wexford Town in public carparks is free on Sundays. Please be advised to check restrictions before parking. To Avail of Parking in Wexford Town the following App can be used. APCOA Connect App. The APCOA Connect App provides features that allow the user to “pay as you go” as an alternative to keeping your E-Wallet account topped up. The App also allows you to search by street name, town name, location code or use the map to select parking at their preferred parking location.

Departure

Departure from our hotel in Wexford made simple, all you need to do is leave and drop your key card in our express checkout when leaving. Your key will deactivate at 11am Monday – Friday and 12pm Saturday and Sunday.
