Colour Changing Ceiling
A controller on one side of your bed will control the colour changing light in the ceiling as well as a dimmer controller on the other side of the bed for the LED light built into your bed head, all to allow you to create that special mood and atmosphere you desire.
Wi-Fi and Internet Access
All our bedrooms have free Wi-fi, there is no Wifi Password.
Heating
Heating control is set to come on at specific times, however you can override this at any time with the on/off button and up and down arrows on the control panel.
Heated Mirror:
All bathrooms have a heated mirror, press the heat symbol to activate.
Iron & Ironing Boards
Ironing boards complete with irons are provided in each room for your convenience.
Hairdryer
A hairdryer is located beside the dressing table for your convivence.
Tea/ Coffee Machine
Coffee pod machine with coffee pods and chocolate pods are located on the stand in your room. Hot water is also dispensed for tea making.

Vending Machine
You will find a selection of snacks and drinks on the 2nd floor where our vending machine is located.
Water Dispenser
You will find a water dispenser on the 2nd and 3rd floor directly outside the lift.
Check Out
All rooms must be vacated midweek Monday – Friday by 11am and Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays by 12pm.
No Smoking
All our guest bedrooms are non-smoking, a minimum fee of €150 will be incurred for breaches of this house rule.
Security
Please ensure your bedroom door and windows are locked when you leave your room. No valuables should be left in the room. When you leave your room, if the room door doesn’t fully engage in the locked position, an audible alarm will sound and you should return and pull your door closed.

Car Park
There is a small selection of car parking spaces in the car park beside Crown Quarter which is a €5 nightly charge payable at car park on arrival. Alternatively, to avail of parking in Wexford the following app can be used. APOCA Connect App. Parking in Wexford in public carparks is free on Sundays. Please be advised to check restrictions before parking.

Taxi Rank:
There is a taxi rank located in Redmond Square which is 2 min walk from Crown Quarter. Take a right down Monck Street and left along the quay where you will reach Redmond Square.
Terms & Conditions of Booking
Damage to Room
The hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Removal of Resort property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage and installation charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
Inappropriate Behaviour
It is the hotels policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behaviour. Should any actions by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Duty Manager, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the Duty Manager, the hotel reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved at the hotels discretion, or guests may be asked to leave the hotel.
